At least we think so! There are some that think a more notorious profession holds that distinction, but I offer the following as our claim to that statement.
"Many a decision has been lamented over juice that was fermented!"
Our first commercial wine offering began with our 2011 harvest. What we produce is entirely determined by Mother Nature. What we bottle is entirely determined by us! We have always said we will not bottle a wine that we won't drink ourselves - and we are pretty picky. We typically try and produce the following:
Glow - a semi-sweet blend of white grapes
Crimson - a Burgundy style red wine blended from our Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and
1 - 15
